Thus the Purchaser recognizes that he has read and understood and agreed that all conditions listed below. Pursuant to Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code (article L. 111-1 du code de la consommation), the Purchaser may, prior to his order, take note on the site www.lauremontebello.com essential features of the product he wants to order.
Buyer may select one or several products among the different catalogs offered on the Website. Offers made are valid while stocks last. LM Créations is likely to change the mix of products offered for sale on the Website, without prejudice to orders placed by the Buyer.
Section 3: Prices and duration of offer
Offers and prices offered on the Website are valid during the current month, except in case of unavailability of point products. Section 5: Payment
The amount due must be entirely paid by the Purchaser when ordering. At no time, payments can not be considered as a deposit.

6.2 – Characteristics of Lettre Max Delivery, for delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco
The distribution of the Letter MAX is in the mailbox or street frontage of the recipient (standard mailbox). Where the size of the mailbox does not allow the distribution a notice of passage is left, allowing the Recipient to withdraw the products ordered at the Post office stated in the notice within a fifteen days period. 6.3 – Characteristics of Colissimo Expert France delivery, for delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco
The distribution of the Colissimo Expert parcel is conducted from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 12 am, in person and cons signature: a receipt should be signed by the Purchaser or the recipient of the goods ordered. In case of absence, the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order receives a notice of distribution, allowing him to withdraw the products at the Post Office indicated in the notice within a period of fifteen days. After this time, the parcel is returned to sender.
The Buyer or recipient of the goods ordered is invited to verify the apparent condition of the goods on delivery. 6.4 – Characteristics of Colissimo Expert International, for a delivery in countries listed article 6.1, excluding metropolitan France
The distribution of the Colissimo Expert International parcel is conducted in person and cons signature: a receipt should be signed by the Purchaser or the recipient of the goods ordered. Section 7: Order processing and shipping times
For all orders confirmed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays or annual leave resulting in a temporary suspension of service indicated on the website), preparation of command will take 48 hours, within the limits of available stocks.
Delivery times, following the preparation of the order, are:
- Lettre Max by La Poste: treated by Priority Mail, their distribution is J+1 (indicative deadline, working days for shipments in metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco),
- Colissimo Expert France by La Poste: delivery within 48 hours (subject to filing deadlines, working days for shipments in Metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco).
- Colissimo Expert International by La Poste: 3 to 5 business days for Europe and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of the world depending on destination.
The total time - taking account of the preparation and delivery - are three to five days for Lettres Max; three days in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco for Colissimo Expert France; five to seven days for Colissimo Expert International in Europe and seven to twelve for America (United States, Canada). The time and / or day of delivery are indicated for information only. Any delay will not engage the responsibility of LM Créations. In case of any delay, we kindly invite the Purchaser to notify our team to help us improve the quality of our service and conduct a survey of the carrier.
If the total time exceeds 7 days for France and 21 days for the other countries mentioned in Article 6.1 and not due to force majeure, the Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel the order by registered letter with return receipt addressed to LM Créations, 31 Parc du Golf-CS90519 - 13593 Aix-en-Provence Cedex 03 or by calling LM Creations Customer Service at +33 / 609 481 257, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (GMT+1). LM Creations will then conduct an investigation with the carrier concerned prior the refund of ordered and undelivered products.
The Purchaser may exercise this right to cancel the order for failure to deliver within the contractual period, within a maximum of sixty days from the maximum time specified for delivery of products. The Buyer will be entirely refunded if the entire order is returned, as a voucher or refund, as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the date on which the Purchaser has exercised its right to cancel his command.
Section 8: Law and withdrawal period
Pursuant to Article L.121-20 of the Code of Consumer (article L. 121-20 du Code de la Consommation), the Buyer shall have 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the order itself or by the recipient of the order to return to his full costs his command and obtain at the choice of the Purchaser the exchange of goods, a voucher or refund for the amount of the order.

Section 9: Return policy
The Products supplied may be returned by the Purchaser to LM Créations in the conditions and following the instructions below.
The products must be returned in perfect resalable condition and in their original packaging.
LM Créations accepts the return package for any item purchased on the website if it is returned within three months from the date of receipt of order by the Buyer.
The original shipping costs are not reimbursed to the Purchaser except in the cases referred to in Article 7 above concerning the delivery or the Article 8 - above on the right withdrawal, or in case of lack of conformity of products delivered over the command. In case of an exchange of product, costs associated with the new product delivery are charged to the Purchaser.
To return a product, the Buyer must send items in their original packaging by registered mail with return receipt to the following address:

LM Créations does not accept parcels sent without payment of delivery settled.
Any risk to the return of the product is at the Purchaser's.
Failure to comply with the procedure outlined above and the time specified, the Buyer may not make any claim for non-compliance or apparent defect of products delivered, the jewelry is then deemed compliant and free from defect.
Section 10: Partial invalidity
If one or more stipulations of these general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, other provisions will remain their full force and effect.
Section 11: Waiver

LM Créations can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability of jewelry due to a force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and or communications.
LM Créations is obliged to deliver the package to the address specified by the customer. If the client wishes to change its address for delivery, it shall inform LM Créations in advance to enable him to make arrangements. Otherwise, LM Créations can not be held liable for breach of contract.
Section 13: Applicable law and jurisdiction
