How to return an item?

Do you accept returns? Is there a time limit?
We do accept return if you initiated the return process within 2 days after receiving order.

Under what condition will you not accept a return (package opened, worn, etc)?
We will not accept a return if the piece of jewelry has obviously been worn or has been damaged.

What do I need to do to start the return process?
If you ever wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us.
 
Who pays for the product to be shipped back? Under what conditions will you pay for the shipping?
When the return is the result of the retailer's error (wrong reference or color delivered), the retailer will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items, in their boxes and in the same condition.
When the product is shipped back to be exchanged, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Will you refund money in the same way I paid for it?
The retailer will refund exclusively in gift voucher.

Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fee.
