You should pay special attention to the nature of the lace of your piece of jewelry:
- Leather should not be immerse into water, and even if quite resistant, the lace can be damaged or broken; do not use any cleaning products, even Leather wax, and do not knot a lace tight.
-
Cotton lace resists water, but might shrink a little and can get stained by cosmetics; be careful when applying oil, moisturizer or any perfume.
Here are some care instructions that will help to ensure longevity of your pieces of jewelry.
- Put your pieces of jewelry on after you've applied deodorant, hairspray, make up and perfumes; and remember to take it off before you apply any cosmetics.
- Do not wear jewelry while bathing, exercising, swimming or where it would come into contact with chemicals or salt water.
- Store each piece of jewelry separately in tissue or a sealed bag. Never store jewelry mixed together as this could cause damage. Store in a cool, dry place.
